A complete mini brewery 35 hl with packaging department.

Complete brew line consisting of German Kaspary Schulz made craft beer brewblock in 1997 with two copper cladded combi functional brew vessels together with some Nordhause made CCTs and BBTs made also in 1997, which all were first installed to this brew line in 2015 with additional vessels made by Spectac. This brewery has very modern and versatile packaging lines, which belongs to this offer.

In 2016 new fully automated brewing control system with SCADA was installed along with CIP line and beer filtration block.

With a three vessel 35HL Kaspar Schulz brewhouse at its heart and using traditional brewing methods.

The brewhouse has dual mash conversion/kettle with a separate lauter tun and whirlpool.

The brewhouse have average ferments of eight days and conditioning times of 14-21 days.

The brewery bottle can and keg all beers in-house on the most sophisticated independently owned packaging lines in their country, to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards.
